Hire

Why should I hire an apprentice?

If you've landed here you probably understand the importance of marketing your business, done well it can help build credibility, trust and sales. However, for many it can be a time-consuming and stressful activity, one that's potentially best left to someone in-the-know. This is where an apprenticeship comes in, hiring a young person to instil best practice into your business and get your brand in check can be a cost-effective method of marketing. Similarly, you may have someone in your business that you think could make a superstar marketer, with the right guidance. Whether you want a budding new apprentice or to upskill an existing employee, our team of mentors can help build your marketing function with gusto.

With the right training, your apprentice will be able to build a variety of digital campaigns to build exposure and maximise your reach, engagement and conversion - all at a fraction of the cost of a digital marketing employee or outsourced agency.

With marketing, consistency is key, that's why all our apprentices work full-time and benefit from one to one mentoring from our guidance staff, taking the pressure off you, the employer.

  • Training takes 15 months (plus up to 3 months for end point assessment) to complete
  • One to one training is provided to all members of the apprenticeship programme- Individualised one to one training sessions to support each individuals progression.
  • Near weekly virtual classrooms are hosted by our passionate tutors – 15 scheduled virtual classroom sessions led by sector experts, with additional sessions offered if required.
  • We host tech labs for participants to come into our offices with any queries or extra training
  • Candidates will come away with qualifications in coding, marketing and Google Analytics
